Center Manager (code: TZ-CM)

Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Store Managers
  • Able to work as a team, good knowledge in handling store and develop the store activities
  • Strong competence in effective interpersonal skills and communication and consumer focus
  • Preferred skills: Salesmanship, Leadership, Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to work on shift and the week-end & holiday
  • Willing to be placement in any city within Indonesia


Teritory Manager (code: TM)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university (preferably majoring in hospitality, economic or management)
  • Has 6 years of working experience in store management with minimum 3 years in regional management
  • Good in English (verbal and written)
  • Has good leadership, analytical, detail oriented, team building, honest, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
  • Talkative, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
  • Strong in people management skills
  • Availability to travel intensively within the area
  • Willing to be placement in any city within Indonesia

Internal Audit Junior (code: TZ-IAJ)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position for retail company
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in audit methodologies and processes
  • Understanding and proficiency of technical auditing and accounting concepts
  • Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Computer literate and have experience in the preparation and analysis of audit data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization, interact well with all levels of people in organization
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia

Operation Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and apply mathematical & statistical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
  • Study and analyze information (P&L) about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes.
  • Prepare management reports and/or presentations, defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions. May collect and analyze data (competitor data and other relevant data) and develop decision support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00 (4,00 scale)
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Experience of generic cost modeling
  • Experience of cost analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience of writing reports for Management Of Data customers
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position for retail company
  • Must have good skills in mathematics or calculation formula
  • Proficient in MS Excel application (Advanced level)
  • Good in detail, strong analytical thinking, enjoy working with numbers, effective planner
  • Talkative, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
  • Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written with good reporting skills.

Recruitment & Personnel Administration (code: TZ-RP)

Requirements:

  • Min. S1 Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,80 (4.00 scale)
  • Minimum experience 3 years as a Supervisor Recruitment in retail industry will be an advantage
  • Has knowledge and master the psychological test tools and able to do analysis in providing psychological report result and Excellent presentation skills
  • Has knowledge about assessment center and able to interview based on competency
  • Good administration skill and HR filling system
  • High energy personality, Good personality, Self confidence
  • Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written with good reporting skills
  • Able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
  • Able to travel extensively

Staff Purchasing (code: TZ-SP)

Responsibilities:

  • Mampu memenuhi request terkait kebutuhan barang dari setiap departemen secara cepat, tepat dan benar
  • Mampu memaksimalkan efisiensi harga barang dari berbagai supplier demi kebaikan perusahaan
  • Melakukan proses pembelian dari mulai permohonan, penawaran harga, penyiapan kelengkapan administrasi sampai kepada pengontrolan ketepatan pembelian.

Requirements:

  • Usia max 28 tahun
  • Min. D3 jurusan Ekonomi / Teknik
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai buyer dibidang retail, FMCG dan peralatan kantor
  • Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik
  • Memiliki relasi dengan banyak vendor
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
  • Mampu mengoperasikan computer dengan baik terutama Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
