Relationship Manager - Lending
Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Utara, Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

* Handling and managing the portfolio of clients with a range USD 100-100 billion
* Marketing the products of SMEs, among others; Loan, Deposit, Forex and Trade Finance
* Analyze credit & risk management, identifying & developing good business with customers old and new; do cross selling and building relationships with customers; perform the tasks associated with the manufacture of credit proposals, pre-and post-disbursement disbursement to borrowers and old debtor; maintain the quality of assets under management.

Requirements:

* Having minimum 2 years work experience in Commercial Banking
* Commercial product knowledge
* Oriented on results, and willing to work hard
* Has high motivation, initiative and business sensitive broad network
* Able to anticipate customers' needs and provide the best financial solution
* Able to build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service
* Able to work with team
* Have good interpersonal skills, able to communicate
* Persuasive and able to cope with problems that arise and provide solutions that fit
* Have a stress level of tolerance

HR Admin - Surabaya

Responsibilities

* Assisting HR RM in administering HR system and maintaining staff related records.
* Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
* Maintaining and developing the filing system
* Assisting HR RM in preparing a variety of data, information and reports
* Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
* Administering the performance of management system.
* Assisting HR RM in organizing the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

* Location: Surabaya.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* Having experience with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
* Good organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand comprehensive information.
* Good communication skill
* Integrity and friendly approachability.
